01Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Zonal Interview. By creating an account, accessing, or using our AI-powered interview practice platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

02AI Disclaimer & Nature of Service

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini AI) to simulate interview scenarios. By using this Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Not Professional Advice: The feedback and evaluations provided by the AI are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career counseling or a guarantee of employment.
  • Accuracy: AI models may occasionally produce incorrect or biased information. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy of the AI's responses.
  • No Hiring Guarantee: Success in our simulations does not guarantee success in real-world job interviews.

3. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to the specific limits of your selected plan:

  • Starter Plan (Free): Limited to 45 minutes of usage per month.
  • Standard Plan: Limited to 600 minutes (10 hours) per month.
  • Pro Plan: Limited to 3000 minutes (50 hours) per month.

* All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

04Fair Use & Technical Limits

To ensure the stability of our platform for all users, we enforce specific technical limits:

  • Message Size Limit: Single messages sent to the AI cannot exceed 30,000 characters (approx. 5,000 words). Messages exceeding this limit will be automatically rejected.
  • Rate Limiting: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend users who send an excessive number of requests in a short period (spamming).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zonal Interview, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service. Under no circumstances will Zonal Interview be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the service.

06Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Zonal Interview. You retain ownership of your CV and personal data uploaded to the platform.

07Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
